We at BtlModz strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, we recognize that occasionally issues may arise. Therefore, we have implemented the following return policies:

  • No Returns or Exchanges:

    Once a purchase is made, it is final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a severe flaw. This policy applies to all items, including damaged or defective products.

  • Limited Warranty:

    While we aim to deliver high-quality products, we provide no warranty or guarantee on the condition, authenticity, or longevity of the artwork. Any damage or deterioration that occurs after purchase is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Shipping and Handling Fees:

    Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with returning items, regardless of the reason for return. This includes fees for packaging, insurance, and any other related expenses.

  • Restocking Fee:

    In the rare event that we do accept a return, a restocking fee of 50% of the original purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers administrative costs and the depreciation of the artwork.

  • Limited Timeframe:

    Any requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the artwork. We will not consider any requests made after this timeframe.

  • Condition of Returned Items:

    Returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging materials and tags intact. Any items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

  • Dispute Resolution:

    In the event of a dispute regarding a return, BtlModz reserves the right to make the final decision. This decision may not be appealed or disputed further.
