At BtlModz, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes situations arise where a return might be necessary. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning items purchased on our website.
Return and Exchange Policy
We operate on a **final sale** basis for all items. This means that unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a **severe flaw** in the artwork.

Limited Warranty
While we take pride in offering high-quality products, we do not provide a warranty or guarantee on the condition, authenticity, or longevity of the artwork. Any damage or deterioration that occurs after purchase is the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping and Handling Fees
In the rare event that a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with returning the item. This includes fees for packaging, insurance, and any other related expenses.
Restocking Fee
If a return is accepted (under exceptional circumstances), a restocking fee of **50% of the original purchase price** will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers administrative costs and the depreciation of the artwork.
Limited Timeframe
Any requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within **24 hours** of receiving the artwork. We will not consider requests made after this timeframe.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their **original condition**, with all packaging materials and tags intact. Any items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a return, BtlModz reserves the right to make the final decision. This decision is final and cannot be appealed.
